Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 20 – Cambodian Prime Minister expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the leader and victorious political operator, as well as to the leaders of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and the Armed Forces for their great sacrifices leading to the achievement of complete peace, national unity, and development across all sectors for the benefit of Cambodia and its people.

The premier spoke on Thursday (Jun. 20) on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of marching towards national salvation, held in Tbong Khmum province.

At the same time, the premier added that, in fact, the implementation of the win-win policy set out and directly led by Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, began on 20 June 1977. From the implementation of win-win policy to the end of the war in late 1998, which has continued to guide Cambodia to this day, the country has developed in all areas.

Premier Hun Manet underscored, "On this occasion, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the leader and victorious political operator, as well as the leaders and members of CPP, and the Armed Forces of all kinds, who have made great sacrifices and hard work to achieve complete peace, national unity, and development in all fields for the benefit of the nation and its people."

In addition, Samdech Thipadei underlined the value of peace, stating that while destroying peace is easy, establishing it is extremely difficult. He urged the Cambodian people to unite in maintaining this hard-won peace at all cost.

Samdech Thipadei added that the win-win policy continues to play an important role in preventing opportunists in Cambodia. It is the basis of the people's trust in participating in both global and local elections, contributing significantly to socio-economic development and making Cambodia more prosperous.
