Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 3 – Lee Q. Shim, President of Lee Li Holdings, expressed his intention to invest in Cambodia across various sectors, including oil and gas, healthcare, the Export Accreditation Centre, food processing, logistics, and automotive.

Lee Q. Shim paid a courtesy call on Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet on 2 July 2024 at the Peace Palace.

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet warmly welcomed the intention to invest in Cambodia. He highlighted that Cambodia has established two Cambodian Chamber of Commerce representatives in Toronto and Montreal to enhance trade and facilitate exports between Cambodia and Canada. He noted that the company's visit to Cambodia would further strengthen trade relations between the two countries.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet affirmed that the Royal Government of Cambodia consistently supports the private sector, encouraging and facilitating the success and growth of companies investing in the country. He urged the company to engage in detailed discussions with relevant ministries and institutions, including the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Health.
