The premier spoke on Thursday (Nov. 21) at the closing of the annual meeting of the Ministry of Mines and Energy at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.

Furthermore, the issuance of new mineral licences in Prey Lang must remain strictly prohibited,” the premier underscored.
Samdech Thipadei continued, “I will not approve any such licences. Prey Lang is no longer open for mining activities.”
