Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 3 – Social media commentator Sok Sokoun, also known as James Sok, has publicly apologized to Cambodian Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen. In his message, Sokoun expressed regret for his past mistakes and statements directed against Samdech Techo and earnestly sought forgiveness.

James Sok wrote on his Facebook on Tuesday (Dec. 3) as follows:

“Dear Samdech 'Morning Star,

I apologize to Samdech for any mistakes I may have made. Of course, I am sick and I like to joke a lot. I ask Samdech to forgive me. Please let go of any past grievances. I thank Samdech and wish you good health and strength to fulfil your noble duties for the country. I ask for your forgiveness.
