Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 4 – Cambodia will organize the 11th Sea Festival, 3rd round, under the theme: "Celebrating Heritage and Sustainability of Coastal Areas” from 13-15 December 2024, in Kampot Province.

“The event will take place from 13-15, December 2024, in Kampot Province, under the high presidency of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and his spouse Pich Chanmony Hun Manet. The festival aims to enhance the value of local products and promote the tourism potential, especially to celebrate heritage and eco-tourism of Cambodia's coastal areas,” according to the announcement seen by Fresh News on Wednesday (Dec. 4)

"In addition, to ensure that the 11th Sea Festival, 3rd round, takes place with joy, excitement, and grandeur, the Inter-Ministerial Committee plans to organize several kay activities and events as follows:

1. Live Performances of Artistic Shows and Concert, featuring participation from national and international artists, as well as renowned Cambodian singers, alongside spectacular fireworks display to celebrate the 11th Sea Festival 3rd round, 2024.

2. Food and Beverage Festival, including exhibitions of local products and tourism development projects from coastal provinces, as well as displays of agri-tourism and locally-made products.

3. Water and Beach Sports Activities, with the participation of national and international athletes. Hence, we warmly invite national and international visitors, as well as the general public, to attend and enjoy the festival in a friendly and joyful atmosphere."
