Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 24 – GL Finance Plc. has issued the notice of the sales assets of its company, according to the announcement seen by Fresh News on 20 January 2025.

Further to this notice, after the liquidator have performed some of their roles on GL Finance Plc., the company declares to sell their assets such as (1) Lease Portfolio and (2) Property and equipment.

For those who are interested in the acquisition, please kindly contact the liquidator to release Letter of Interest for the purpose to collect data to determine the purchase price by the latest of 28 February 2025. The liquidator is closing the deal by 31 March 2025.

The liquidator reserves the right to change the above deadlines as necessary.
