Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 26 – Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party, instructed all party leaders and officials to use CoolApp for communication within the Cambodian security zone.

Samdech Techo's announcement was made on Sunday (Jan, 26) during the 45th meeting of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) at CPP’s headquarters.

"CoolApp is easy to use. Previously, I forwarded a message containing more than 100 pictures and videos to 42 people; it ran smoothly and quickly. With CoolApp, we can now forward to 50 people. In particular, when making calls via CoolApp, the internet connection cost is lower, and the quality is clearer. Therefore, our party officials should support this local app and create groups to communicate with one another," Samdech Techo underscored.

It is important to note that CoolApp offers multiple functions, including chat, voice calls, and video calls, all of which adhere to international standards. Both data and call data are encrypted and secured using the Local Internet (Dix) system, ensuring clear voice calls and fast transmission of images and videos, as the internet does not route through foreign servers.

Lim Chea Vutha, Founder and CEO of CoolApp, stated that in the past six months, the chat-based social networking platform has achieved 400,000 downloads across the App Store, Play Store, and desktop computers. He also affirmed that CoolApp does not track, collect, or store user data. It employs end-to-end encryption to guarantee the highest level of data and call security.
