Vientiane (FN), Feb. 6 – Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), and Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), will preside over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the Central Youth of the CPP and the Youth Union of the LPRP for 2025-2027. The event will take place on 7 February 2025 in Vientiane, Laos.

According to a press release from the Central Committee of the CPP, the MoU will be signed by Chrun Theravat, Vice President of the Central Youth of the CPP, representing the Central Youth of the Cambodian People’s Party, and Mon Xay Mua Xiong, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union.

The MoU aims to further strengthen and expand the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between the youth wings of the two parties. It aligns with the long-standing tradition of partnership under the slogan of a "comprehensive and long-term strategic partnership" between the CPP and the LPRP.
