Siem Reap (FN), Feb. 24 – Jeffrey Hang, Regional Managing Director for BVLGARI South Asia, expressed his gratitude to First Lady Pich Chanmony, for her role in bringing the world-class jewelry exhibition BVLGARI AETERNA to Siem Reap, Cambodia.
The BVLGARI AETERNA event runs for four days, from 21-24 February 2025, in Siem Reap. On the night of 21 February, BVLGARI hosted a Gala Dinner to showcase its exquisite jewelry in front of the Bayon Temple, with Pich Chanmony as the guest of honor.
Jeffrey Hang expressed his appreciation to the first lady for inviting BVLGARI to explore the possibility of this event a year ago.
In an exclusive interview with Fresh News, Jeffrey Hang underscored, “So why Siem Reap? Why was Cambodia chosen? Actually, I have to say that this is very much thanks to the Cambodian First Lady, Pich Chanmony, who actually invited us to explore the possibility of this event. So actually, it was exactly one year ago that we had a conversation. And so now, 365 days later, here we are in the magnificent setting.”
Director Jeffrey Hang underlined that the values of BVLGARI, especially in this collection particularly, called AETERNA, which is eternity, has a very strong tie to everything that's represented in Siem Reap, and of course Angkor itself. So to be able to bring our clients to such a unique, magnificent destination, really was thanks to the invitation of the First Lady.
He added that BVLGARI AETERNA brought 214 pieces from its most exceptional jewelry collection to Cambodia. The event was designed not only for Cambodian clients but also for international guests from Japan, Korea, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. It's to show them the magnificence of Siem Reap, Angkor, and at the same time to display BVLGARI’s jewels.
BVLGARI AETERNA featured a star-studded lineup, including Cambodian actress Yubin Shin, Thai actress Mai Davika, Thai actor Mile Phakphum, Singaporean actress Shawn Thia, Singaporean actor Ayden Sng, Vietnamese singer Ho Ngoc Ha, and Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach, along with many other celebrities from around the world.
BVLGARI, founded in 1884 by Sotirios Voulgaris in Rome, has a legacy spanning 141 years. BVLGARI AETERNA has been held four times, with Siem Reap-Angkor serving as the host for its fourth edition.
