Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 26 – K Mall Prek Thnaot, developed by Urbanland, proudly welcomes AirAsia Cambodia, one of the leading regional airlines, as its latest commercial partner. This milestone reflects the mall’s commitment to fostering a dynamic commercial and lifestyle hub in Phnom Penh’s rapidly growing southern district.
Urbanland and AirAsia Cambodia have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish AirAsia Cambodia’s new headquarters at K Mall Prek Thnaot, reinforcing the mall's expansion strategy for commercial hubs and deepening AirAasia Cambodia's presence in Cambodia. The signing ceremony was attended by Hok Kang, CEO of Urbanland, Vissoth Nam, CEO of AirAsia Cambodia, Ngoc Huyen Nguyen, Head of Commercial, and Panha Visoth Ung, General Manager of K Mall, and other distinguished executives.
K Mall Prek Thnaot will now serve as home to AirAsia Cambodia’s key operations, offering a convenient touchpoint for all employees and other services. Located along National Road 2, near Borey Chankiri, the mall is designed as a community-centric retail and business hub, catering to the growing population in Phnom Penh’s southern corridor. It is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Techo International Airport.
