Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 26 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that instead of being upset by accusations, the best way to counter them is to work hard and succeed in the areas being criticised.
The premier spoke on Wednesday (Mar. 26) at the official inauguration of the new school building, teachers' dormitory, and management facility at Hun Sen Veal Rehn High School.
Samdech Thipadei underlined that if the Royal Government is accused of neglecting territorial integrity, it must respond by strengthening programs that protect national sovereignty and security.
Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that, “They accuse us of ignoring territorial issues. In response, we strengthen negotiations, set boundary markers, enhance border development, build ring roads along the borders, and support our troops. What more can they say?"
“No one is perfect, and everyone has their own opinions. But what truly matters is doing the right thing. People may talk, but our focus should be on delivering real results that benefit those around us. Success speaks louder than words,” he added.
On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also reflected on his leadership journey, highlighting that through dedication and hard work, he gained the trust and support of the Cambodian People's Party to assume his leadership role. Following the legacy of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, he remains committed to delivering concrete results for the nation.
