(Sihanoukville): On 5 May 2025 TUI BLUE-Sihanoukville Hotel held its grand opening ceremony, opening a new chapter for the iconic downtown hotel.

Located in the heart of downtown Sihanoukville, TUI BLUE-Sihanoukville offers 200 five star appointed rooms, capturing the attention of countless citizens and tourists alike. The re-launch ceremony of the TUI BLUE Hotel was attended by hundreds of distinguished guests whom bore witness to this significant event.

Distinguished guests included, Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism of Kingdom of Cambodia, Mang Sineth, Governor of Sihanoukville Preah Sihanouk, Erkan Bilal, Treasurer of the German Business council, Cambodia and MD of AZ Group Cambodia, Sean O’Sullivan, Head of Asset Management, Prince Real Estate Group and Artur Gerber, Chief Executive Officer of TUI Hotel & Resorts among others. Jointly they witnessed the festive moments of the TUI BLUE-Sihanoukville launch together.

Sean O’Sullivan, Head of Asset Management, Prince Real Estate Group said that the group had decided to appoint TUI Hotels & Resorts with the intent to bring international hospitality management, provided by a distinguished global brand, to Sihanoukville.

After the opening ceremony, guests were invited to the function hall to enjoy a sumptuous feast prepared by TUI BLUE-Sihanoukville. Throughout the entire dinner party, there was continuous laughter and joy. While enjoying the delicious food, the guests were also sharing their love for the hotel and their expectations for their future vacations.
