(Phnom Penh): The General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia told Fresh News that as of 17 June 2025, all imports of Thai vegetables and fruits have been completely suspended at border checkpoints, prohibiting any further entry into Cambodia. However, other goods continue to be processed and imported as usual.

Earlier today, Cambodia officially suspended all vegetable and fruit imports from Thailand following the expiration of a 24-hour ultimatum issued by the Royal Government in response to escalating border tensions.
