(Kandal): Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet expressed deep appreciation for the dedication of Scott Neeson, Founder and Executive Director of the Cambodian Children’s Fund, who sacrificed a promising career in Hollywood abroad to contribute to the rescue and support of Cambodian children in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia through the establishment of this organisation.
