(Phnom Penh): Cambodian National Assembly President Khuon Sudary sent a congratulatory letter to Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the Russian National Day, according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Jun. 8).

In the letter, President Khuon Sudary stated, “On behalf of the National Assembly of Cambodia and on my own behalf, I wish to extend my heartfelt and warmest congratulations and felicitations to the Honourable Chairman, your colleagues and the people of the Russian Federation on the historic commemoration of the Russian National Day on 12 June 2026.”

“It is my firm belief that the longstanding ties of friendship and multifaceted cooperation between our two legislatures and countries will continue to flourish in the years ahead for the mutual interests of our two peoples, as well as provide a significant contribution to peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond,” Khuon Sudary added.
