(Phnom Penh): The Ministry of Commerce officially registered “Bek Anlong Durian” as a Collective Mark, marking a major milestone in protecting intellectual property, enhancing product value, and strengthening the identity and reputation of Cambodian agricultural products in both domestic and international markets.

The collective mark is expected to boost the competitiveness of Bek Anlong Durian, increase consumer confidence, and improve market access while supporting the livelihoods of durian growers and traders in the Bek Anlong community of Kampong Cham Province.

The registration also reflects the Royal Government’s commitment to sustainable agricultural development, value-added production, and the promotion of high-quality Cambodian products in regional and global markets.
