(Phnom Penh): Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Cambodian People's Party President, sent a letter of appreciation to Tahir Budagov, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party, for his congratulatory message marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Jun. 29).
In the letter, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, “It is an honour to extend my sincere thanks and deep appreciation for your warm words of congratulations and well-wishes on the auspicious occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of our party, the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP).”
Samdech Techo emphasised, “I deeply value the enduring bonds of friendship and cooperation that link our two parties and nations. Our relationship, firmly anchored in mutual respect and shared interests, continues to flourish as we actively promote bilateral engagement and collaborate closely within multilateral frameworks.”
Samdech Techo concluded, “Furthermore, I take great pride in witnessing the long-standing and thriving relations and partnership between the New Azerbaijan Party and the CPP. Our partnership has grown particularly through our meaningful cooperation within major global and regional platforms, including the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), the Centrist Democrat International (IDC-CDI), the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), and various inter-parliamentary networks. I am confident that this strong foundation will continue to drive the close ties between our two parties and countries toward even greater heights.”
