(Kuala Lumpur): Cambodia and Malaysia reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation across various priority sectors, including trade and investment, agriculture, education, security, defence, labour, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
The commitment was made during the 3rd Meeting of the Cambodia-Malaysia Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC), co-chaired by Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn and Malaysian Foreign Minister Dato' Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan on Tuesday (Aug. 4) in Kuala Lumpur.
The meeting brought together delegates from respective line ministries and institutions of both countries, who will collaborate closely to ensure the effective implementation of the aforementioned key areas.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the co-chairs signed the Agreed Minutes of the 3rd Cambodia-Malaysia JCBC Meeting, serving as a roadmap to guide the further growth of bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
