(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Senate President and President of the Second Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), Samdech Techo Hun Sen, warmly welcomed parliamentary leaders and delegates from various countries attending the high-level conference in Phnom Penh.

The welcome took place on Thursday morning (Aug. 27) at the GDT Conference Hall, ahead of the conference proceedings, bringing together international parliamentary representatives for dialogue on peace, international cooperation, and shared prosperity.
