(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn extended his warmest felicitations to Le Hoai Trung, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the occasion of the nation's 81st Independence Anniversary, according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Wednesday (Sep. 2).
In the letter, Minister Prak Sokhonn conveyed heartfelt congratulations to his Vietnamese counterpart and colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this auspicious occasion.
“It is my great pleasure to extend my warmest felicitations to Your Excellency and your esteemed colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the auspicious occasion of the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.”
Prak Sokhonn underlined the expanding cooperation and deep ties between the two nations that have continuously delivered practical benefits to their citizens.
