(Phnom Penh): Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing arrived in Cambodia at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Friday (Sep. 11), for a two-day state visit, at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni.
He will hold a summit with Acting Head of State Samdech Techo Hun Sen and meetings with National Assembly President Khuon Sudary and Prime Minister Hun Manet. Several cooperation documents are expected to be signed.
Talks will focus on strengthening bilateral ties, expanding cooperation, and exchanging views on regional and international issues.
President Min Aung Hlaing will also lay wreaths at the Independence Monument and Royal Memorial Statue of the late King-Father Norodom Sihanouk, and visit the Angkor temples before returning to Myanmar.
