(Phnom Penh): The First Meeting of the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand will take place from 14 to 16 September 2026 in Singapore, according to Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The Opening Statements are scheduled for Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Cambodia time, corresponding to 9:00 a.m. Singapore time.

The Opening Session will be open to the public and webcast live in Khmer, English, and Thai. It will also be broadcast on the National Television of Cambodia (TVK).

Cambodia’s Opening Statement will be delivered by Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn.
