(Phnom Penh): The Closed-Door meeting of the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand, chaired by Katrina Cooper, Chairperson of the Conciliation Commission, concluded this afternoon, 14 September 2026, in Singapore.

Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn, in his capacity as Agent, led the Cambodian delegation. The Thai delegation was led by Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow, in his capacity as Agent for Thailand.

The Opening Statements will be delivered on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Cambodia Time (9:00 a.m. Singapore Time) which will be open to the public and webcast live in Khmer, English, and Thai, as well as on TVK.
