(China): The China-ASEAN AI Application Cooperation Centre and the China-ASEAN Healthcare Cooperation Centre are strengthening practical cooperation between China and ASEAN in artificial intelligence, technology, and healthcare.

On Friday (Sep. 18), Cambodian journalists visited both centres in Nanning to learn about their roles in promoting regional cooperation and exchanges.

The China-ASEAN AI Application Cooperation Centre focuses on promoting AI applications, facilitating technology exchanges, and supporting cooperation between Chinese and ASEAN institutions and businesses.

The China-ASEAN Healthcare Cooperation Centre promotes cooperation and exchanges in healthcare, including medical services, health technology, professional exchanges, and collaboration among healthcare institutions.

The two centres reflect the expanding scope of China-ASEAN cooperation beyond trade, with AI, digital technology, and healthcare becoming important areas of regional collaboration.

They also provide opportunities for ASEAN countries, including Cambodia, to explore cooperation with Chinese partners in AI applications, digital transformation, healthcare services, and medical technology.
