(Battambang): Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet urged students to prioritise practical skills and lifelong learning, speaking on Thursday morning (Oct. 8) while presiding over the graduation ceremony in Battambang province.
“We should not study merely to obtain a degree, but to develop the ability to do things, as demonstrated through our actions and concrete results,” the premier added.
He underlined that academic qualifications must be supported by practical experience and achievements to meet workplace and business demands.
On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei also reaffirmed the government's commitment to improving education quality through continuous reforms to develop skilled human resources for changing regional and global needs.
