(Phnom Penh): Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung paid a courtesy call on Cambodian Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen at the Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh on Friday afternoon (Oct. 9).

The meeting followed Le Minh Hung’s bilateral talks with Prime Minister Hun Manet and a courtesy call on National Assembly President Khuon Sudary.

The Vietnamese premier arrived in Cambodia on Friday for a two-day official visit from 9 to 10 October at the invitation of Prime Minister Hun Manet.

The prime minister's official visit will further consolidate cordial relations between Cambodia and Viet Nam, reinforce bonds of solidarity, and reaffirm the shared commitment of the two countries to further strengthen and deepen bilateral ties, according to Cambodian Foreign Ministry’s press release dated 6 October 2026.
